About my Pretty Chill Fridge
Refrigerating your most beloved beauty products would have numerous benefits! Keeping your products chilly can help extend its shelf life. Some products, especially organic ones, that do not have preservatives are prone to early spoilage. A chilly environment can reduce the build up of bacteria which is harmful to your skin! Vitamin C infused products are also prone to shorter shelf lives because exposure to oxygen breaks it down! Refrigeration will help slow down that oxidation process.
Refrigerated products help reduce inflammation and puffiness! Chilled products stimulate circulation which reduces the puffy look on your skin. De-puffing products work exceptionally better when chilly as compared to products kept at a room-temperature. Using the Pretty Chilly Fridge helps you make the most out of your beauty products!

We recommend placing the Pretty Chill Fridge on a dry and flat surface. Make sure NOT to keep under direct sunlight and keep away from sources of heat as it could affect its performance.

Kitchen refrigerators cool down to 0°-3°C and thus are not recommended for storing cosmetic products. The Pretty Chill Fridge operates at the perfect temperature to store your most beloved beauty products!
Note that the surrounding temperature will also affect the temperature inside the Pretty Chill Fridge. We recommend not using the Pretty Chill Fridge around sources of heat or sunlight.
Shipping
We offer nationwide shipping but with certain exclusions. Click the link below to make sure you are within the serviceable areas!
Metro Manila
Shipping for Metro Manila (also some neighboring cities) orders are FREE (even for Cash on Delivery)! Expect orders to arrive within 3-5 days. Refer to the table below for the list of cities included.
Provincial
Provincial orders have a ₱150 shipping fee. Expect orders to arrive within 5-10 days. Click the link below to make sure you are within the serviceable areas!
A confirmed order can no longer be cancelled. For a change in address, email us at support@darlingmnl.com as soon as possible. Address changes are not guaranteed. Once orders have been transferred to our shipping partners, address changes can no longer be made.

Please deposit the exact amount as reflected on your invoice. You must transfer/deposit within 48 hours of order confirmation. After such time the order will be void.
Once the payment is complete, send an email to support@darlingmnl.com with following details:
1. Order Number
2. Proof of Payment (Clear photo or screenshot of Payment Transaction)
A tracking code will be provided once order has been shipped out. Please pay the courier the exact amount as reflected on your invoice.

We do not offer price guarantees. This means that if the product goes on discount in the future, we would not provide a partial refund.
Warranty/Returns
For your peace of mind, we offer a 6 month warranty on our Pretty Chill Fridges.
If you require a replacement, repair or refund on your product, simply follow these instructions:
Take a clear photo or video of the defect/malfunction. Email support@darlingmnl.com with a short statement regarding the issue, order number, delivery address and attach the photo/video. Once verified, send your product together with the original contents to 57 Lopez Jaena St., Tierra Pura Village, Brgy. Culiat, Quezon City. We will process the replacement, repair or refund once we receive the product.
Warranty claims can only be made within 6 months of the original order date.
Warranty claims that do not meet the above criteria will not be processed.
The customer will shoulder the shipping costs towards the given address. This is non-refundable. Consider using shipping insurance and a trackable shipping service to ensure a successful delivery.
